My overhead squats are terrible. Need to work on tightening upper back.

Toes to bar were more like hanging on to bar for dear life while legs flail around. Finally tried some chalk on my hands, that stuff really does help.

Did some jump roping afterwards. Coach suggested next time I practice jumping slower and jumping higher for alternating jumps.
