Notes

Warm up/stretching. (I mentioned that my left knee has been bothering me so trainer had me work on some hip mobility stuff.)

Workout

Back Squat (worked up to 29kg)

5-5-5

Shoulder Press (worked up to 19kg)

Power Clean (40#)

Fairly easy day as there were lots of rest periods. I may be sore tomorrow though. Last set of back squats were challenging. In the beginning trainer had me wear a belt to help me tighten up core properly. For last set, trainer wanted me to get lower and I needed his help to get back up.

With shoulder presses could definitely see that my left side is much weaker.

Power cleans, my wrists are weak and not flexible enough so hard to get barbell in correct position.

Overall, need to work on keeping my back/core tighter and more rigid. I guess I have a tendency to round my back.
