Boot Camp

Notes

W1D1 of boot camp, which is a 4 week program meeting 3x a week. Great deal I bought from Living Social -- $20! Since today is the start of the session, the trainer kept it pretty easy. We met outside at 5:30am. Being outdoors was nice but in a couple weeks it will probably be too dark and we'll have to be indoors. Did a variety of moves: short jogs across field for warm up, prisoner squats, push ups, step ups, sit ups, planks, side leg raises, side bicycle crunches, standing crunches. Grass was very wet and my shoes/socks/feet were soaked.
