Notes
Close to ideal running conditions this morning, low 60s, a bit cloudy. It was a tad humid but not too bad. I had been running on an empty stomach in the mornings but today I had some toast w/pb and coffee beforehand and I felt peppier today. Not sure if that is because of the food or because I didn't run yesterday. Pushed myself a little to keep under a sub 12 pace. splits 12:24, 11:43, 11:32, 11:41. If I hadn't run out of time I might have gone for 5 miles. Oh well.
