Notes

Warm up.

Tried out the GHD thing with face facing floor. It was kind of scary having body extended out. I felt like the apparatus was going to flip over.

Went over the moves for workout.

Workout

7 Rounds (only did 6 boo hoo):

120m Run

7 Russian KBS (25#)

7 Front Squats (with barbell and 10# of weight. I don't know barbell weight)

7 Bar Facing Burpees

21:53 or something like that

Kind of bummed I didn't do all 7 rounds. The kettlebell swings were easiest. The burpees sucked. Front squats were challenging too especially because I was focusing on getting my squats lower.
