The sprints were not pleasant as it was sunny, humid, 90-ish degrees. I was worried that the sprints would take me the full 30 seconds and I would end up just running w/o a break but I managed to get a few seconds of rest each round.
Power clean and jerks felt OK. Coach never said anything to me so I guess I did OK with them. HSPUs are different mattter. Coach Justin feels I should really be getting these by now. But I am not. However, this was probably the best I've ever felt doing them. Felt much more confident and less scared. I have a big problem with my shoulders weakening. As soon as I get upside down I forget everything about keeping abs tight, shoulders & elbows locked, etc. Did tumble down onto my head a few times. But I think I did get 3 handstands in there.
