1/2 mile easy warmup. Tempo run - out/back - of 3.5 miles in 24:49. Hit 1.5 miles just a bit slower this time in about 10:55 although it didn't feel as hard, still managed to pick it up slightly on the way back. Pace of 7:05/mile was too fast for the workout. 1 mile easy cooldown. Maybe I should try doing this on the treadmill to hit the pace.
