1/2 mile w/u. Felt really good at start but like a dumb ass went out way too fast. Hit 1.5 miles in about 10:44 and almost held pace on way back although I got tired - 3.25 tempo out/back 23:11. Too fast for the workout. 3/4 mile jog cooldown. Felt overheated too. Good news was I recovered quickkly.
