Very mild this morning ... and a rough run. Like yesterday, I had a hard time getting warmed up. I finally got into a groove in the last mile, but the bottom of my calves were screaming at me when I was finished. Iced them good. Hopefully, they'll feel better later today. Even aerobically, I struggled today, maybe because of the warmer temps.
