Back on the pavement today. Nice and cold with a full moon. Tried to take it easier this morning, though my pace was still about what it normally is. I have a hard time slowing it down. My ankles have been stiff the past couple of days, so I was trying to work in a very slow and easy run. All went well, though I was a bit concerned with the first quarter mile. Did some extra post-run stretching.
