Couple of days rest for the left AT. It was bearable to walk this morning so I decided to put it through a workout. Hard 10 miles. Ran it faster than I probably should have. It became a good, unplanned tempo run; I was beat at the end!! I'm going to ice the foot and see how well I recover. Very windy and mild.
Used new Timex Ironman today. Recorded mile splits for the fun of it, but it probably caused me to push my pace harder than normal.
