Very foggy this morning. Ran with new headlamp. I really liked it! Right foot was a bit sore after the run, so I need to monitor that closely. My shoes shouldn't be breaking down this early. ADDED: The ankle injury may have come from taking the shoulder of the road for an oncoming car, where I lost my footing a little.
