distance/pace estimated. Just wanted to get out after some deliberate time off.
I'm rethinking my goals, wanting to focus more on overall fitness rather than mere performance. Maybe better fitness will give performance ... or not; I'm trying not to care. So, at least every other day, spending 10 minutes working on a variety of core routines, planks, lunges, dips, pushups. I've done well this year staying consistent with doing pushups everyday, but want to add more.
After I get fitness back, I may target individual races. But don't need to focus there. That's tough.
