I'm such a noob. These were suppose to be striders after my easy 2miles. I was aiming for 100m, but did 200m instead. So, I'm not sure what this really was. Just some fast intervals? 4x200m with 90 sec recoveries. Recoveries not timed. Should they? I'm clueless. Plus, I feel a slight pull in my groin. Again, stupid. Stretched and took some Ibuprofen.
