Very light rain with a strong headwind coming up Aldon Cove. If I'd known it was as warm as it was, I would have ditched the long pants before heading out. It was a bit uncomfortable. The forecast was off by about 10 degrees, and the rain came out of nowhere. Pace was definitely slower, in light of the fact that I wasn't intentionally going for slow. I guess I'm ready for my rest day tomorrow as my legs felt sluggish the whole time.
