Very tired this morning. I feel that I need to reevaluate my base training, but don't know where to start. Probably just need to push through this funk to the end of the year and see where I'm at. It'd be nice to level at 50mpw by the end of the year, but don't know how realistic that is or how it fits into a broader "training" cycle, maybe cause I don't really have a goal race that I'm looking to .... or maybe cause I'm overthinking it. Just run and have fun!
