seems useless to guesstimate my easy run times. might try stopping, and only record times for actual workouts. I have absolutely no idea what pace I'm actually doing anyway, don't even bother glancing at the clock when leaving the house and getting back in.

also, gonna start intentionally working on core and strength stuff again, and logging that here for accountabilityness to me.
