Very good. Clear, cool, pleasant morning. Left AT bothering me a little and got a blister on inside right foot. Very happy to get 2 hours feeling strong. Seven Oaks, Wildwood, Old Nashville Highway to past Enon Springs and back. Love watching the sun come up.
