It felt good until 2.8, then the wheels feel off. The knee flared up and I struggled to hit 3 miles. I've got to use some discipline and take a day off between runs while I'm recovering. I've run every day for the last 4 days and I haven't had a single quality run during that stretch. Immediately before that, I was able to get some good runs in.
