Notes

my long runs are too much for weekly mileage, but I really want to get some endurance back. This one got pretty tough again during the last 30 minutes. Back of left ankle, lower calf began hurting. The M'boro Half is this morning, and I also wanted to get this distance in today, seeing how I missed signups earlier this year. Not that it's a good reason.
