Notes

Progression. Hardest workout in a long time. Started at 7.0mph and bumped it every 5/6 min to 7.9mph. TM controls locked up again during the last 10 min, keeping me from going on to 8.0mph. Frustrating. Starting to think that any workout where I'm punching the buttons (even occasionally) causes it to freeze up.

I'm afraid I'm overdrawn with this workout. Think I'll feel some pain tomorrow.
