Notes
I was spent at the end. Steady rain and lots of sweat with humidity. Hoped to get 2 hours in, but it seems the most I can do now is 90 minutes. Can't wait for the weather to break, but a bit disappointed where my fitness level's at now. This has been a crummy week for running. That said, I'm running this distance too fast; must. slow. down. Why can't I get that through my thick cranium?
