Notes

I had to ditch my run this morning after about a hundred yards due to some pain on the bottom of my left foot. I think it had some to do with the new lacing patterns on my shoes. I switched it back and tried some different, thicker socks this evening. Treadmill, rough on the calves ... but no pain in the foot. I'll try to get my 8 miles in tomorrow outside, weather permitting, to see how the feet do.
