Notes

First 10 mile run this morning. It felt great! Started at an easy pace, just planning on 7 miles. However, the legs felt really good and the weather was perfect. I began to entertain the thoughts of 9 (maybe 10). That'd be cool, I thought. Three times out and back, plus a one mile loop around the block. I picked the pace up considerably on mile 9, as I wanted to get the run in under 90 minutes. I pulled it off, warmed down and stretched. Now I have a nice warm cup of coffee. Hmmm.
