Muggy and mild this morning with lots of fog. The thick fog made it seem unusually dark. Nice, hard run. I felt my pace was a bit quicker, but was a little surprised to calculate it under 9 min/mile. I'm looking forward to cooler temps; the heavy, wet air is getting rough.
