Yikes. Way too humid. Had to walk for about a quarter mile with about a mile left. Profuse sweating, nausea, headache. Dude, sounds like heat exhaustion but only 76 degrees. **Worse** run I've had in a while, especially given that I'm usually able to keep the effort level light with this distance.
However, good that my calves and shins didn't bother me much, or maybe I just didn't notice.
