Notes

right knee and left hammy were complaining last night and this morning, so I mainly wanted an easy jog to feel it out. No problems, and they both seem fine now.

+ pushups, a few pull-ups, and some curls. My goal now is to get at least a couple of pull-ups each day before running; I definitely struggle with those now.
