I felt sluggish this morning. My left Achilles tendon was a little sore last night and when I woke up, so I tried to take it easier than normal. I want to make sure that I'm not over-compensating for it, though. After the run, I did plenty of stretching. I think I aggravated it Wednesday by not doing any cool-down or stretching. Hopefully, it's just a minor thing.
