Notes
I didn't want to get out this morning. I was sick yesterday with some kind of head cold, and I was still a little drugged went I woke up. I believe my pace time shows this; I felt like I was going very slow and feel a bit beat now. Temperature was pleasant and it didn't feel too humid. Other than the dogs barking at me, it was good to get out.
