r/w 5:1, w/u 2, r 2, w1, r/w 5:1
felt good, stretching afterwards and using stick alot particularly on calves
felt good running for the full 40 minutes
continuing to increase the ratio of r/w by 1 a week
actually did the long run on friday by mistake but pretty cool to do my longest run ever- over 6 miles on Jan 1- want to try do this on Jan 1 moving forward- would be great to do especially when older!
