Notes

Tried to do a faster run (at least faster than a jog), but shin splints are nagging me--ended up stopping twice to shake out the legs, and slowed down at the end. Taking a few days for the legs to heal up a bit (I think I pushed too hard too soon after my 1/2 marathon).
