Notes

2nd training run. Felt quite tired today as this week I have been maintaining my climbing/running intensity/class schedule as last week but I've also been working longer hours for a couple looming deadlines by end of the week (stresses me out a little). Also, yesterday's humidity was contributing to my feeling sluggish and incredible sweaty, and I am trying to get rid of a nagging slight shin splint along my left calf. Complaints aside, I think I ran well, and I felt strong on the hills. I tried to maintain a consistent pace, while speeding up over the three sets. Last set I was able to really take off at the end, which felt amazing for the 15 seconds my burst of energy lasted, haha. Great practice overall, thanks Coach Carrie for leading.
