What a crap run........did the leg machine yesterday the quads and my patella ligament is sore as hell.....wtf? I'm going to do it easy, real easy for now or just manage the bikes and EFX to build leg strength. Also, my calfs are fucked too extremely tight what is going on? Take it light I have to move this week anyway.
