Awoke with typical left achiles soreness. Both calves still very sore, very sore even to the touch.
Planned on a 7 mile, determined 6 minimum and ended up shorting it at 3 to give my calves more rest after my 11 mile day 3 days ago.
Run was a little harder than I expected for an easy run, breathing got difficult quickly and on 3 mile lap my eyes started burning badly from sweat.
Really tight joints / knees btw, toe touch stretch is damn near impossible
