Hotel stay in Union City, TN.
Awoke with very minor left achiles pain. Calves both legs extremely sore previout day, night and morming. Soreness continues all day.
Did treadmill run, easy 3 miles per treadmill fitbit shows little more. Walked 1/4 mile cooldown.
Entry input a day late, calves still very sore even to the touch. Seems like my calves are never "not" sore anymore
