Notes
Very cold today but clear, 32 degrees and some frost. But at least it was dry. I slept in a little and things to do today so I cut off my coffee & computer early to get my run in. Barely had mabye 3 oz coffee vs the usual 32oz.
Run was well, though my first lap literally was the hardest, immediately hard to breath and felt too hard even though I felt like I was barely creeping along at ultra slow pace.
At the end I now realize my pace was pretty nice.
Had the usual achiles stiffness a couple miles in that faded, and towards the end mile 6-7 I had left ache in my side / hip / region. Had this at the end of my 12 miler a few days ago that was pretty bad, I felt like hobbling but it faded soon.
At end of run i ran to restroom facility and pissed blood. Dark brown, really blood with little urin. Kinda freaked me out.
Got back, drank coffee, showered and immediately my urin was normal color again. Odd.
