Was cold 41 and wore full leggings and Duluth long shirt and full socks.
Felt pretty great for a long day, during miles 2-3 had some Achilles soreness and right big toe tightness but cleared up in a couple miles.
Started feeling beat up, feet sore and legs started feeling sore around mile 9 or 10. At end I walked 2 laps and during my first 1.5 laps my left side deep, almost hip but more groin-feel was super shockingly pain almost made me gasp. This lasted about a lap then faded.
The rest of the day and into the next morning pretty sore legs and joints.
Felt great getting that mileage.
