Recovery run wth a twist
Awoke with strong left achiles tightness, took little stretching to make okay. Felt it first 1/2 mile lap
Great outdoor run, very cool and kinda cold
Did 3 miles, but ended the last lap in race mode 8:11 lap speed
Felt great, first recovery run over 2 miles. Sort of at a goal point.
