Tried to do an easy run, slow. Kept looking at pace looked slow but guess not in the end.
Awoke with severe left achiles stiffness and soreness, had to stretch quite a bit and walk around to feel good.
Outside was awesome, cold and sunny.
Maintained 2in-3out breathing for first 3 miles, then had to go 2-in/2-out on the hills and then last few miles was constantly 2/2.
Knees and achiles felt banged up entire run. Hope I'm not overtraining, but every time I take a day or two off it feels like I lose a TON of fitness.
