Long run
Woke feeling blah but no soreness on achiles or knees. Just blah and unmotivated, dreading the run but needing to get it done.
At the 2 miles mark I had severe shin splints but figured it must be bad form or lactic acid buildup from my sprinting the first mile. By mile 4 the shin pains were completely gone.
Finished rest at 6 mph except for last minute bumped to 7mph.
8.1 miles, glad I did it. Feel great. feet starting to feel sore / banged up
