awoke with minor left achiles dullness and soreness for first 20 steps or so
Good easy run, consistent 6mph easy pace (did 1 lap at 7mph)
Ran first 1.5 mile @ 2% incline, then ran 2 additional laps at 2% the rest at 0
bpm did not break 160 until 3 miles in
During run left achiles dullness present but barely noticable
Around 3 mile mark right knee tightness / dullness became present and persisted but did not worsen
Tried the saltstick fastchew tab in cheek; was kinda nice lasted to mile 4
Did some minor stretching and warmups before run
