Last couple days awoke hobbled with severe left achiles pain; throughout the day if I sat very long...when i stood up to walk I was hobbled for 3-10 steps.

This morning awoke with only minor pain that quickly fled.

Started 6mph 2% incline and achiles pain immediately roared back, got worse and stopped after less than .25 mile and began walking, then put incline to 0% and in about 1/8 mile the pain left. Started running, stayed at 0% and finished run.

Around mile 3 bpm went above 160. Around mile 3.5 right calf muscle started aching and persisted for rest of run.

Completed the 5.5 miles, walked another .5 miles. Left achiles never got any worse and feels good now.

I feel I could easy add another .5 miles but amd holding off due to injury fear on left achiles
