Easy afternoon run, we did 911 and another river run trail, that was fun, except i ran into a tree, and Michael tripped and feel and cut himself, and all sorts of petty hurt like that. Core was really fun, we did boats in a line, which didn't really work, did the alphabet, all sorts of stuff, I liked it. I believe we need to improve out commitment to the little things Steen is always talking about, like eating, sleep, core, and being smart in general, but so far I think most of us are being pretty good about that. And yeah, SteVen, I know you weren't srs, it was true, i could have done the normal planks better (yet again, the little things lol).
