Notes

started off with gloves, new beanie, long wool shirt, and tights. Shed the gloves at mile 2 and the beanie at mile 5 or so. wool shirt started chaffing nipples after about an hour, isn't wicking very well, and smells like wet sweater. looks nice though.

tried for a 3/1 but probably ran off a little too fast. Still gave it a decent push in the end, which is reflected in the HR.
