Tummy started hurting at around mile 3 and got pretty bad around mile 6.
Also, I should have gone a little slower - my HR averages should be under 75%, not at 75%.
This was a cool new route, but for some reason my heart wasn't in it today - I think I might be suffering a little bit of burnout at the current mileage. I should probably stop listening to the iPod and let my mind wander a little more now.
It's also starting to feel a little bit like my heart is ahead of the legs - I really need to get back into strength training.
Knees, hips are still aching. I think I have a little bursitis in my right hip again. It sucks. Oh well. That's why god made Advil.
