A little too much effort. Lots of hills (including heartbreak hill!). Really tight and sore at first - loosened up after couple of miles.
Dinner: Nuts and pumpkin seeds and cheese and bread and lots of liquor - not really ideal
Breakfast: 1/2 whole wheat english muffin with low sugar jam, a couple caffeinated shot blocks
