After Sunday's yuckiness, I tried to take it super-easy. Unfortunately, my knees were having none of it. Like little nails being poked in with every step. Tried switching to the elliptical after a little while. Then I just gave up.
I'm beginning to suspect a case of tendinitis - I'm going to keep trying over the next few days, but I'll give up quickly when they start hurting. I don't really expect to make it more than one mile.
I hope I'll be okay for Sunday's race.
