Gah. Great first mile, but just felt weak and exhausted after that and my knees were killing me. There's a brutal hill on Cedar Grove.
The yuckiness was probably due to the 10M yesterday (after which my knees were hurting), but could also be due to pre-run nutrition. I was definitely dehydrated, and I ate cottage cheese and carrots before the run, rather than something high-carb. (I had cereal an hour or two before that)
