Took a long time to warm up - was pretty painful in the beginning - GREAT toward the end though, sped up quite a bit.
Mile 1: 10:36
Mile 2: 10:18
Mile 3: 9:56
Decided I should keep toward the upper end of the 65-75% MHR range if I want to get better.
Sun was hot - run felt WAY hotter than 73 degrees.
Took a long time for HRM to start working
