Notes

This was a warm-up run for karate, but it was cold out so I ran a bit faster than expected.

After I finished with this run and karate, my knee was inflamed. I took advil and used ice.

I took spin at lunchtime, and my knee was visibly inflamed. I used the topical anti-inflammatory immediately before class. This seemed to help about 30 minutes after class, though the knee was tight during the 12:15pm spin class.
